By submitting an order, You agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

We reserves the right to cancel orders at any time.


  • Quotes and estimates are free of charge and you are under no obligation, until the quote is signed by you.
  • Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date on the quote, unless stated differently.
  • Prices on estimates are not binding.
  • A deposit of up to 70% is required. A project will only start after the quote is signed and the deposit paid.
  • Completed artwork will be emailed to you.
  • Information (word/txt), as well as logos and artwork (or photographs) to be used/adjusted (vector/freehand/high quality) must be electronically supplied, unless they are to be created as part of the project.
  • Any additional work, author's corrections, changes and updates will be charged at an hourly rate (dependent on task, to be verified at start of task) or will be quoted separately.
  • A charge may be made to cover any additional work involved where the design elements/data supplied or specified is not clear, legible, or in the prescribed format/specification to produce satisfactory results. Where material is so supplied or specified, responsibility will not be accepted for imperfect work caused by defects in the supply, format or specification. This includes any incompatibility or defects caused by differing software versions or conflicting operating systems.

  • All work carried out, whether experimentally or otherwise, at the client's request shall be deemed chargeable.

  • Changes must be requested in writing (email).

  • The Date of Completion (DoC) of a project is affected by feedback and receiving of content and timelines will be adjusted accordingly.
  • We cannot be held responsible for delays outside of our control, e.g. equipment failure, weather, power outage.
  • We have the right to use any designs created in promotional material for Chameleon Graphics.
  • All work is done cash (minus deposit) on delivery (COD) unless otherwise stated.
  • Interest of 10% per month will automatically be charged on all COD work not paid for within 7 days.
  • If project is cancelled at any time, all fees up to that point of work will be calculated and invoiced. This is payable within 7 days of invoice date.
  • All work remains the property of Chameleon Graphics until final payment is received.


Graphic Design

  • Images and logos supplied must be of high quality.
  • Specific required colours must be supplied as Pantone and CMYK values.
  • If Chameleon Graphics do not handle printing, we will have no further involvement and you will enter into an agreement directly with the printer of your own choice. We will however assist you in finding a printer if required.
  • Contact details for your printer must be supplied at the start of the project. We will contact them for print requirements and ensure optimal design.
  • A project will only be released once it has been proofed, paid in full, signed and dated by the client. Therefore we take no responsibility for print errors.
  • Screen colours and digital proofs can vary from litho printing. To ensure colour and print quality it is the client's responsibility to request a colour proof from the printers.
  • The design time of a project will be billed for even if the client chooses not the print the project.



General Printing : Business cards, Flyers, Stickers, Signboards etc.

                                                            Artwork Design and print:

  1. 70% Deposit must be paid in full before design or print process begins. Balance must be paid on day of collection. No order will begin before deposit is paid and No order will be delivered / collected until paid in full.
  2. Once your order has been placed and confirmed, Any changes allowed beyond the approval may come at a cost to the client.
  3. Client must sign artwork sign off before printing begins.
  4. Own designs welcome but take note, we do not take any responsibility for poor logos or images supplied by you that is not printed 100%. We will however let you know before printing start of the quality of your artwork

Garments & Promotional Items

 Artwork Design and print / press:

  1. Once the artwork has been approved, design or order changes may not be accepted.
  2. Once your order has been placed and confirmed, Any changes allowed beyond the approval may come at a cost to the client.
  3. Company Logo Placement – Chameleon Graphics’s logo will appear on all garments.


If you are supplying your own garment, logos , sponsor logos, your own artwork and graphics:

 Please note all logos supplied, must go through a print evaluation process to make sure they are suitable, if they are not suitable, we will advise you on options and outcomes. We do not take any responsibility for poor logos or images supplied by you that is not printed 100%. Nor will we take any responsibility if logos or images print or press as a flaw on garments supplied by you the client. We will give you our best advise to ensure 100% quality prints go through our doors only.


Because everything we create is custom, made-to-order, all sales are final.

No returns,refunds or exchanges are accepted.


All our items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable these include:

Printed Caps / Printed Jackets & Hoodies / Printed T-shirts / All Design work

To be eligible for a re-print or fixing a defected issue, your item must show clear evidence that there is a fault and be unused and in the same condition that you received it and we must be notified with in 7 days of purchase. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your re-print, we require the proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your re-print. If you are approved, then your re-print or fixing defected product will be processed.


Returns – unless the product is faulty, as items are custom made, we cannot exchange because they do not fit or are not suitable based on your particular taste you have or if you suddenly do not like your choice – so please choose carefully when ordering.

We reserves the right to reject a warranty claim if the garment was not used as intended or correct care of the garment was not taken. If you have a warranty issue please contact us immediately for review. Once we have received the returned products, exchanges / repairs will be processed within standard production time. We take no responsibility for returned items that do not reach us. We suggest that you get postal insurance before sending the items.


We can not guarantee the colour matching of the provided artwork compared to final garment print.  (The colours may & could look different)

Our chameleon icon clothing label will appear on each garment

All Source Files remain the property of Chameleon Graphics.

We remain the Sole Printer only for our designs created.

Production can take several weeks to manufacture these types of garments.

(Design 1-2-3weeks)

We can not be held responsible for the deadline not being met, once artwork has been approved and signed off.
It can take up to 4 Weeks + to manufacture the all over printed garments from scratch per order.

Cancelled Orders

in the event that you need to cancel your order or if we have not heard from you within 2weeks of placing the order, your order is automatically cancelled.

You forfeit your deposit or full payment.
